propINDEX

Propre uses a proprietary algorithm to assess the price per square meter of sales and rents and liquidity (percentage of listings closed within two weeks) based on publicly available property information.
This combination of price and liquidity (the "potential") allows for the analysis of the region of your interest (currently a certain range from the chosen property or station.) The potential of condominiums in the region (within the zone) is used as an independent indicator, PPL (Propre Price X Liquidity Index) and the change is expressed as arrows. As shown in the figure, the potential is considered to have increased when the area (PPL) got larger, and conversely, the potential is considered to have decreased when the area (PPL) became smaller.
