Propre uses a proprietary algorithm to assess the price per square meter and liquidity of sales and rental properties, based on publicly available property information (price and duration of property listing).
The multiplicative combination of price per square meter and liquidity can indicate the "potential" of condominiums in the region of your interest and is uniquely defined as PPL (Propre Price X Liquidity Index), of which change is expressed by arrows. As shown in the figure, the potential is considered to have increased when the region's (PPL) got larger, and conversely, the potential is considered to have decreased when the region's (PPL) became smaller.
