How to use Dynamic Heat Map™

Dynamic Heat Map™ enables you to compare a range of indicators related to real estate on the global scale. As the default setting, Dynamic Heat Map™ displays the geographical distribution of parametric indicators on a map, dynamically adjusted by the viewing range of users’ selection. Set Benchmark function allows you to set an area as the benchmark and review parameters in other places in relative to the benchmarked area. A newly added Multi Map function can lay out two or three different maps side by side and enables you to compare two or three different property markets simultaneously and visually with the benchmark. For example, if you select Singapore, New York, and Tokyo as the central map and applying Set Benchmark to Tokyo, you can observe property prices in Singapore and New York at a glance.
